Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, has officially opened the Post Publication Review (PPR) process for the Odd Semester (Phase-1) examinations of the academic year 2025–26 for all UG and PG programmes.
As per the notice dated January 19, 2026, PPR application forms will be available on the University Examination Portal at makautexam.net from January 20, 2026. Students who appeared in the Odd Semester (Phase-1) examinations and filled the exam form will be able to access the PPR application through their individual student login.
The last date for students to submit the PPR application online, along with verification by the respective college or department through the portal, is January 30, 2026. After college verification, eligible applications will be processed for payment at the college end.
Colleges are required to submit the total PPR fees for all applicants through a single consolidated payment by February 3, 2026.
The University has fixed the PPR fee at ₹200 per paper code. While students will apply online, the responsibility of collecting signed application forms and submitting them to the University in the future, if required, will lie with the colleges.
MAKAUT has requested college authorities to actively inform students about the PPR process and assist them in completing the online application within the stipulated timeline.
