Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal, has announced the opening of the Post Publication Review (PPR) application process for Odd Semester Examinations (Phase II) of the 2025–26 academic session for all undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
According to the official notice dated May 15, 2026, students will be able to submit PPR applications through the University Examination Portal from May 18 to May 21, 2026. The PPR facility will be available for all enrolled students who appeared in the Odd Semester 2025–26 (Phase II) examinations.
Students can apply directly through their individual login on the MAKAUT examination portal. In cases where a student faces technical issues, the college administration has been authorised to submit the application on the student’s behalf upon request.
The University has fixed the PPR fee at ₹200 per paper code. After students submit their applications, colleges will verify the submitted forms online between May 18 and May 22, 2026. Once verification is completed, the student’s application will become eligible for payment through the college login. Colleges must make a single consolidated payment for all PPR applications between May 22 and May 25, 2026.
MAKAUT has also clarified that signed application forms will be collected and maintained by the colleges and may need to be submitted to the University later if required.
Importantly, the University has reminded students that under the applicable examination regulations, the result of the review assessment will be final and binding on the examinee.
Students seeking a re-evaluation of their answer scripts are advised to complete the process within the specified timeline and stay in touch with their respective colleges for verification and payment updates.
The notice has been issued by Dr. Subhashis Datta, Controller of Examinations, MAKAUT.
